We will only share your information where we need to in order to deliver a project. That may include sharing your address and contact details with our own team members, or with suppliers and sub-contractors directly involved in your job. We may also share information with our accountant for invoicing and tax purposes, or where we are required to by law.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry information for up to two years from your last contact with us, in case you come back to us about the project. If you become a client, we keep project records and invoices for at least seven years to meet our legal accounting obligations.

  • Ask us to delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. Enquiry information sent through our website comes through to our email. Project records are held on our own systems and devices, accessed only by people who need to see them.
